Linden Press is a small independent press. We publish only a few books a year, which lets us spend time on each one: editing closely, choosing type that is easy on the eyes, and printing on paper that ages well.

Our list leans toward essays, short fiction and poetry — writing that rewards slow reading. Most of our authors are publishing their first or second book.
